Warranty information

When you have your battery installed by a certified SolaX battery installer, you'll have a 12-year/6000 cycle warranty on your battery. When we match you with an installer partner, they will have all required certifications for the warranty to apply. If instead you want to find your own installer, you'll need to make sure they take the SolaX training if you want your system covered by warranty.

Finally, if you want to self-install, SolaX offers a training and certification program so that you can still take advantage of the warranty.
